Brian has litigated commercial and fiduciary cases in numerous state and federal trial and appellate courts and in arbitration. His work has spanned various industries and many types of transactions, business and personal. He has prosecuted and defended claims involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair and deceptive business practices (Massachusetts General Laws chapter 93A), violations of the Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor Law, insurance coverage, complex judgment enforcement and collection, business divorce, and trust and estate disputes.
