Brian T. Horan is a respected litigator with extensive experience in the public and private sectors. He brings strategic, creative thinking to every matter. As a devoted public servant for the City of New York during the first decade-plus of his legal career, Brian went toe to toe with some of the premier law firms in the city to advance the public interest, receiving recognition from the New York Law Journal as a 40-under-40 “Rising Star. In private practice, he brings the same zealous commitment to every one of his clients.

Brian received his B.A. from Columbia University and his J.D. from NYU School of Law, where he was an editor of the NYU Environmental Law Journal. Brian is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New York.
